This warranty applies only if you purchased your product directly from KakaduUSA.com or one of our authorized dealers. It applies only to the original purchaser - the person who bought the product for their own use.

All Kakadu gear is covered against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty periods vary by product — please check each product page for specific coverage details.

You’re entitled to a replacement or refund if your product has a major failure. If the issue is not major, you’re entitled to have the product repaired or replaced so it meets acceptable quality standards.

To the extent permitted by law:

• Our responsibility under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of defective parts under normal use.
  
• This warranty does not cover:
  - Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, or neglect
  - Failure to follow care and maintenance instructions
  - Normal wear and tear
  - Alterations or disassembly
  - Water, heat, or environmental damage
  
• When replacing a product, we may provide a similar model if the exact item is unavailable.
  
• Instead of repair or replacement, we may choose to refund the product’s purchase price once it’s returned.
  
• This warranty does not apply to products purchased for resale, manufacturing, or repair purposes.

To submit a warranty claim:

1. Return the product to its place of purchase.
   
2. Include proof of purchase showing the date and details of your order.
   
3. Or, simply fill out the No Dramas Guarantee form on this page. Our team will guide you through next steps.
